Pick Your Own Herbs

Come and pick your own herbs!   In this hands-on class, you will learn ethical wildcrafting techniques while harvesting local medicinal plants, including St. John’s Wort, Monarda, Yarrow, Grindelia, and more, on beautiful Earthstar Farms above Boulder. All participants will get to take home some of each herb harvested.  We’ll also cover how to make medicine right in the field.

Herbs available are subject to change and dependent on the season.  This class takes place outside so come prepared for changing weather.   Open to ages 12 and up.
